Delivery Policy
We ensure professional delivery for all orders throughout Kenya. We understand the importance of safety and quicky delivery to ensure it is done in the soonest possible timeframe. Depending on your requirements we offer several shipping options. They include:

Free Delivery
Free delivery is applicable within Nairobi only. This option is available if the value of your order is above KES.15000

Our Workings Hours are: -

Mon – Fri from 8:30am and 5:30pm.
Saturdays from 9am to 2pm
Sundays/Public Holidays Closed
All orders scheduled for weekend delivery will be delivered between 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Same Day Delivery
In order for you to get your order within the same day we have a cut off time of 2pm. The order needs to be successfully completed and paid by this time in order to enjoy this service. Any orders made after 2:00 pm will be delivered on the next day.
Deliveries will be conducted between 3pm and 6pm. We cannot give you the exact time the items will be delivered.

Peronalised Items
All orders for personalised items should be made by 4:00pm and approvals for all artworks should be done by 5:30pm, so that your order can be processed for next day delivery.

Zone A Ksh250: Westlands/Parklands/Lavington/CBD/Upperhill/Wayaki Way up to ABC Place
Zone B Ksh300: Parklands/Lowe Kabete/Kyuna/Loresho
Zone C Ksh400: South B/South C/Nairobi West/ Mombasa Road up to Bomas of Kenya.
Zone D Ksh500: Muthaiga/Kiambu road up to Ridgeways
Zone E Ksh550: Kiambu Road past Ridgeways up to Kiambu Town
Zone F Ksh600: Mombasa Road past Bomas up to Mlolongo
Delivery Delays & Major holidays
At times due to unavoidable circumstances our riders to experience some delays. Should this be the case a member of our team will contact you. During the festive period and around major holidays we experience a high volume of orders, this may lead to cause a delay. We strive to ensure orders get out as soon as possible however please be duly notified of this occurrence during around this period.
Deliveries Outside Nairobi County
All orders that are to be done outside Nairobi County are handed over to Wells Fargo Courier. Any orders made after 2:00 pm will be handed over on the next day.
Items that cannot be delivered outside Nairobi County

Depending on the weight of the item you purchase, our team will advise what you will be required to pay for courier outside Nairobi.
Basic cost for this shipping method is :-
KSh. 950 (Ksh 750 Fargo Courier + Ksh 200 to Fargo Courier Centre)
Please note that Fargo Courier deliver items only to locations that are within a 10km radius from town. In the event that the address is outside their delivery radius, the recipient will have to collect the parcel from their offices. Fargo Courier do not have a specific delivery timeline.
Our team will email you a tracking number on the morning of the delivery date so that you can follow up with Fargo Courier on the delivery status of your items if you wish to do so.
Our policy lasts 5 days from your receipt date. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit based on eligibility.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We will only exchange it for the same item. If that item(s) is no longer in stock we will offer you store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund subject to the shipping zone you are located within. We will notify you via email once we have received your item for exchange or store credit.
